Camp Scoville was started by three brothers Jeff and Jarred. We began as hot sauce lovers, always looking for the next hottest sauce. We came across many instances where hot sauce was limiting or too overpowering. Either adding vinegar or unnecessary ingredients that didn’t add to the overall flavor and heat we wanted. That’s when we decided to make a product more versatile than any sauce could be.

With Camp Scoville the dried peppers kept a lot more flavor and nutrients in them. We found the seasoning to be much more versatile and easier to cook with than traditional hot sauce. When we kept choosing Camp Scoville seasoning over our craft hot sauces, we knew it was time to share it with the world.
